School Workshops

Discover Music’s ground-breaking programming

is available for half-day In-Class Workshops

for schools and camps around Toronto.

What We Do:

The Discover Music program aims to teach the fundamentals of music and sound using science and art to highlight exciting aspects of musical education. Our cross-curricular programming encourages students to use creative problem solving methods to discover music in a whole new way.

Each workshop consists of a few core ideas that are taught through hands-on experimentation and play. Our students have a variety of opportunities to discover sound making with everyday objects and instruments. To support what we learn in each class, students construct a take-home instrument or activity to share with their family and friends.
